How to give admin access to Google Analytics & GA 4
You can add as many users as you need. To add a new user to an account/property/view:
- Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
The Admin page in Google Analytics gives you access to the Analytics administrative features. At the bottom left of the page, hover over the gear icon and click Admin to open the page.
- In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click Access Management.
- In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.
- Enter the email address for the user’s Google Account. & select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user. Then select the permissions you want. Learn more about permissions and click Add.
How to give admin access to GA 4
Step 1: Bring up the Google Analytics Property
Log in to your Google Analytics account.
Select the property associated with your site by clicking on the All Accounts dropdown at the top of the page.
Step 2: Open the Property User Management Settings
Click on Admin at the bottom left corner of the page.
Follow the same process as we did for Google Analytics.
